JAMMU, July 25: The dead body of an unidentified man of age about 55 years was recovered today from Narwal area of city outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, the dead body of a man appears to be a beggar was found today near JDA building in Narwal area. He said that the dead body was shifted to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for identification/post mortem.
“Though there seems nothing mysterious in the death of the man, yet the concerned police have initiated inquest proceedings under section 174 CrPc to ascertain the reasons of death”, the spokesman said, adding, the deceased used to wander in the area for quite some time.
