JAMMU, Oct 20: In the much publicized Udhampur attack case, Special Judge NIA YP Kotwal today sent the accused Shabzar Ahmed Bhat, truck owner, to seven days judicial custody.
After going through the application of NIA, Special Judge observed, “the custodial interrogation of the accused is not required by the NIA”. Accordingly, the court sent the accused to judicial custody for the period of seven days (till October 26).
