KATHUA, Aug 12: Rajbagh police has arrested two accused persons involved in a gang rape case within 48 hours of the incident.
According to police, the arrest was made by a team of cops from Rajbagh Police Station headed by Inspector, Devinder Singh, SHO, Police Station, Rajbagh.
They were identified as Kulvinder Kumar@ Nanku S/o Paras Ram who was the main accused along with another co-accused namely Ganesh S/o Daulat Ram who were on run. Search for the third accused is going on who is still at large. All the three accused are residents of village Salalpur Marheen.
Pertinently the incident took place in Chabe Chak area of Rajbagh on August 9 . A case FIR No 194/2018 U/S 376,323 RPC has been registered in this regard and investigation is going on.
