Two fall to death

RAMBAN, Sept 14: In two separate incidents here today, two persons died after falling.

Sources said that Sajad Ahmed Naik, 27, son of Rehmatullah Naik, resident of Chapnari, Banihal slipped from a hillock and landed in a gorge and was critically injured.

He was rushed to Sub District Hospital Banihal from where doctors referred him to Government Medical College (GMC) Anantnag but he died in the ambulance.

In another incident, a man identified as Mohammad Iqbal, 43, son of Abdul Lateif Wani fell from roof of a Mosque while carrying out some repair work in Sarbagni, Ramsu.

He was rushed to Sub District Hospital Banihal where he was declared as brought dead by the doctors.
