JAMMU, Oct 9: Two persons including a minor girl died under mysterious circumstances here.
As per police sources, a minor girl died under mysterious circumstances at her residence in Reshamgarh area.
The deceased was identified as Navya (14), daughter of Harvinder of Reshamgarh District Jammu.
Inquest proceedings under Section 174 CrPC have been initiated by Bakshi Nagar Police in this regard.
Meanwhile, a man identified as Amritpal (32), son of Swaran Singh of Kalyana, Arnia also died under mysterious circumstances. He was found unconscious and was rushed to SDH RS Pura, where doctors declared him as brought dead.
After conducting autopsy, the body of the deceased was handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
Inquest proceedings under section 174 CrPC have been initiated by Arnia Police in this regard.
