KATHUA, Sept 27: Nagri Parole Police today arrested two motorcycle lifters from a neighbouring village of Punjab who were involved in lifting a motor bike from Patel Nagar yesterday.
According to police Anshu Kumar of Jakhbarh, Kathua had come to Patel Nagar yesterday and parked his two wheeler bearing registration number PB 06K8930 on roadside in the area and himself went to meet some relation.
After he returned to the road he was surprised to see that his motor cycle was missing.
He registered a case with Nagri Parole Police Station. Soon the police swung into action and on the basis on certain inputs the police recovered, the two wheeler from Janyal in neighboring Punjab. The village is bordering Kathua town.
Later on the basis of information police also arrested the two thieves involved ion lifting of motor cycle from village Nadoliar also in Punjab.
They were identified as Shailo Kumar, S/o Bishan Dass, Kuldeep Kumar, S/o Rattan Chand of Nadoliar. The police has put them on sustained interrogation to get more leads of theft cases from them. The operation was conducted on the directives of DPO Kathua.
