JAMMU, Feb 13: RS Pura police arrested two persons, who were evading their arrest in assault case.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from RS Pura police station conducted a raid and arrested two persons, who were evading their arrest in assault case.
The accused have been identified as Gharu Ram, son of Hans Raj and Pankaj Kumar, son of Gharu Ram, both residents of Kothy Chohalla, RS Pura.
They were wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 21/16 under Section 452, 323, 504 and 506 RPC registered with RS Pura police station.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
Police team led by SHO RS Pura police station Inspector Bhushan Manhas made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Harjeet Singh, SP Headquarters Harjeet Singh and SSP Jammu Uttam Chand.
