Tsewang Rigzin elected Leh Press Club President

LEH, Aug 16: The annual meeting of the Press Club of Leh was held here today to elect the new executive body.

During the meeting, the outgoing President Morup Stanzin briefed the members about the activities and initiatives undertaken in his tenure besides highlighting the pending works and responsibilities to be taken care of by the new executive body.

Later, the outgoing executive body was dissolved, with Tsewang Rigzin elected as new President, Stansrung Dorjay as Vice-President, and Rigzin Namgail as General Secretary.

While Sonam Rinchen was elected as Cashier, Tsewang Paldan as Organizer, and Rigzin Wangmo as Spokesperson.
