RAJOURI, June 14: Some thieves burgled a house in Lamberi area of district Rajouri last night.
Reports said during intervening night of June 13-14 thieves barged into the house of Deputy Lal, son of Arjun Dass, resident of Lamberi and reportedly took away with them gold ornaments and some cash.
In-charge Police Post Lamberi visited the spot in the morning and verified the details. There is increase in the incidents of theft in the area for the past some time. There was resentment among the public against police for not restricting the incidents. The police was investigating into the matter.
