JAMMU: A group of thieves decamped with ATM in city outskirts here.
“An ATM was found missing this morning from Mishriwala area of Kanhachak,” police here said.
They said locals informed the police about the matter following which team was dispatched to the spot.
“We have not yet received any formal complaint from Bank authorities,” SSP Arun Gupta (In-charge Jammu Rural) said here.
He said unless the bank approaches police, exact detail of amount stolen with ATM cannot be known.
“There was also no CCTV camera inside ATM or the booth as well,” said the SSP.
He said police was on job and the theft will soon be cracked. (AGENCIES)
