JAMMU, Mar 6: A team of ‘The Sara’-a non-profit organization, led by Dr. Raminder Jit Singh distributed blankets among 45 students at Govt Middle School Spalwan near international border in Hiranagar area of Kathua.
Sarpanch and Panches of Panchayat Halqa Bhagwana Chak and Head Master of the School, Shiv Dev Singh, teachers, parents of the students and others were also present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion Dr. Raminder Jit Singh said that ‘The Sara’ will soon donate a computer lab to the school so that the students may become computer literates.
A handout stated that ‘The Sara’ initiative was supported by Medico Electrodes and Sphoorti Foundation under CSR programme.
