MENDHAR, Sept 21: A Government School teacher and two others have been booked by Police for misleading court and producing wrong/ forged Date of Birth certificate here today.
On the directions of the Munsiff Court Mendhar, the Police registered a case FIR No. 136/2013 under Sections 420/ 109/465/466/467 and 468 RPC against teacher Mohd Kursheed, son of Lal Hussain, resident of Ari in Mendhar. He had issued wrong DoB certificate in favour of one Mohd Ramzan, son of Mohd Rafi and Muneera Bi of Gohlad. Inspite of his actual Date of Birth 3-4-1992, the teacher had provided DoB certificate showing his birth on 3-4-2000. Boy’s mother Muneera on this basis had demanded ale- money from husband from whom she had been separated. She had moved to the court and produced fake certificate in connivance with the teacher. All the three stand booked. The police was looking for them. It said that involvement of Headmaster of the school can not be ruled out.
