JAMMU, Jan 25: Brilliant batting performance by Suryansh Singh Manhas and four wickets haul by Dinesh Kumar guided Pt Prem Nath Dogra Cricket Club to register win over Elite Cricket Club by 6 wickets in the ongoing KCSC U-19 Tournament here today.
Batting first, Elite CC made 204 in 40 overs. Samar, Paras and Utkarsh made 49, 45 and 31 runs respectively.
From bowling side, Dinesh took 4 important wickets whereas Ishi took 3 wickets.
In reply, Pt Prem Nath Dogra Club chased the target in 36.4 overs. Suryansh played a magnificent inning of 93 runs whereas Yuvraj also chipped in some crispy shots and made 59 runs.
From Elite Club side, Manit, Laith, Ritesh and Umar took 1 wicket each.
Suryansh Singh Manhas and Dinesh Kumar were declared jointly as Man of the Match for their outstanding performance and presented with trophy and gift coupons from West Side.
The match was officiated by Ashok Singh, Dinesh Kumar and Vijay Raina.
