KATHUA, Dec 13: Spring Dales English School Changran, Kathua has made it to the top 10 State Board Schools of the country for the second consecutive year.
The school has been ranked No 1 in J&K and No-10 in India by Education Today, India’s leading Educational Magazine and featured in their December 2019 issue.
The Award along with Certificate was received by Director, Prof RK Gupta and Principal, Usha Gupta in an impressive Award Function of India School Merit Awards Ceremony 2019 organized by Education Today at The Chancery Pavilion, Bangalore.
Schools that stood in the top 10 State Board list are from Maharashtra, Puducherry, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and J&K represented by Spring Dales English School.
The school started with 11 students in 1991 and after nearing 3 decades of hard work and dedication towards the cause of education, we have started reaping the sweetest fruits” said Prof Gupta, Director.
The other schools which stood no. 1 and were felicitated during ceremony in India’s top 20 CBSE Schools, top 20 ICSE Schools, top 20 International Schools ,top 20 Boarding Schools, top 3 Boys Day cum Boarding Schools, top 5 Boys Boarding Schools and top 5 Girl’s Boarding Schools.
The schools included Kothari International School Noida, Greenwood High International School Bengaluru, Dhirubhai Ambani International School Mumbai, Jain International Bengaluru, La Martineiere for Boys Kolkata, The Scindia School Gwalior, Welham Girl’s School Dehradun respectively.
The schools were rated under 10 Parameters of 100 marks each i.e., Academic Reputation, Individual Attention, Infrastructure Provision, Innovative Teaching, Safety & Hygiene, Sports Education, Value for Money, Holistic Development, Leadership Management Quality and Co-curricular Activities.
