JAMMU, July 3: The Government today ordered placement of seven Deputy Directors as Incharge Joint Directors in J&K Economics and Statistics Department and consequent upon these promotions, also affected transfers and adjustments with immediate effect.
The promoted officers include Bahu-ud-Din, Padma Landup, Madan Lal, Romesh Kumar, Mohd Sayed Peer, Janak Raj and Azmat Ali Khan.
Consequent upon the promotions, transfers and adjustment of 20 officers has been effected.
Rafiq Ahmad Mattoo, Director PWD (R&B) Civil Secretariat, is transferred and posted as Director Agriculture Production Department Civil Secretariat against available vacancy.
H R Bhagat, Joint Director SUIDA, is transferred and posted as Joint Director (Central) DES vice Tariq Ahmad Khan, who has been transferred and posted as Joint Director PWD (R&B) Civil Secretariat against the post of Director (Planning).
Omera Shafat, Joint Director Industries and Commerce Department Civil Secretariat, is transferred and posted as Joint Director Animal Sheep Husbandry Department Civil Secretariat against available vacancy.
Zulfikar Ali Bandey, JD Forest Department Civil Secretariat, is transferred and posted as JD Tourism Department Civil Secretariat vice Parvaiz Ahmad Handoo, who has been transferred and posted JD Industries and Commerce Civil Secretariat vice Omera Shafat.
Mohd Yusuf Bhat, JD CE R&B Kashmir is transferred and posted as CPO Anantnag relieving M Y Tantray while Ishfaq Pakchwal, JD CA and PD Civil Secretariat, is transferred and posted as JD Forest Department Civil secretariat vie Zulfikar Ali Bandey.
Abdul Majid Dar, JD FC Revenue, is transferred and posted JD SUIDA H&UDD Civil Secretariat vice H R Bhagat while Basharat Makhdoomi, JD CPO Srinagar is transferred and posted as JD School Education Department Civil Secretariat vice Javaid Iqbal Matoo who has been transferred and posted as CPO Srinagar vice Basharat Ahmad Makhdoomi.
Bahu-ud-Din, who was posted as Deputy Director CPO Kargil, has been adjusted as Incharge Joint Director CPO Kargil on his promotion.
Padma Landup, who was posted as DSEO Leh and now promoted as Joint Director, shall report to DES. His posting order shall be issued separately. Romesh Kumar and Madan Lal (Promotees) have been posted as Incharge JD Social Welfare Department Civil Secretariat against available vacancy and Incharge JD Planning and Development Department Civil Secretariat, respectively.
Mohd Sayeed Peer (promotee) has been posted as Incharge JD Higher Education Department relieving SS Sasan of additional charge. Janak Raj (promotee) is posted as Incharge JD FC (Revenue ) office vice Abdul Majid Dar. He shall be relieved after DDB meeting.
Azmat Ali (promotee) has been posted as Incahrge JD RDD civil Secretariat relieving Reyaz Ahmad Ramsoo who is transferred and posted as Incahrge Deputy Director CAPD Civil Secretariat. M Y Tantray (promotee) has been posted as Incahrge Deputy Director CE R&B Kashmir.
