REASI, Oct 5: In his endeavor to further boost and encourage the pilgrimage at holy caves of Lord Shiva at Shivkhori in District Reasi, Deputy Commissioner Ravinder Kumar, who is also the Vice Chairman SSKSB, launched special schemes for Tour Operators operating at Jammu-Katra-Shivkhori circuit.
Speaking on the occasion, the DC said that the tourist operators play an important role in promotion of tourist/religious spots, particularly at this circuit. So, it was decided by the Board to facilitate the operators associated with Shivkhori.
Mahesh Sharma, Executive Officer SSKSB said that these schemes will go a long way for the development of Shivkhori. He said that these schemes shall envisage acknowledgement, appreciation and facilitation of tour operators and liberal donors at Shivkhori. More such schemes shall be soon launched by the SSKSB which will go a long way to promote religious pilgrimage at Shivkhori.
Moreover, regular events/activities have been finalized for promotion of the Holy Shrine of Shivkhori.
