Sharma tours hilly villages, distributes ration

SAMBA, May 1: Amid nationwide lockdown in the wake of the Coronavirus outbreak, today BJP leader and Working Committee member, Arun Sharma visited hilly villages Labli Lower, Labli Upper, Sarmal, Ranpur of Panchayats Anadpur and Motlian Klan of Samba constituency and distributed wheat flour, rice, Mustard Oil, toothpaste, biscuits and other essential items to handicaps, helpless people, widows and economically poor people of the areas.
Sharma also apprise them about COVID-19 and precautionary measures to be taken to prevent it from spreading. He requested the public to wear the face mask to wash the hands with soap and to maintain safe physical distance. He also distributed masks among the people. A similar distribution drive was conducted across the district to help the needy in the time of lockdown due to Coronavirus.
He said we have been working round-the-clock either coordinating from home or volunteering in coordination with local authorities. Local villagers said that Arun Sharma is dedicated to serving the people and will unflinchingly stand by them in times of crisis.
