RAMNAGAR, Oct 27: Seven passengers were injured here today when a mini-bus they were travelling in met with an accident.

The ill fated vehicle of Matador make bearing registration number JK14G/3075 was driven by Vikas Sharma, son of Des Raj, resident of Kirmoo, Tehsil Ramnagar in a negligent manner.
The mini-bus was coming from Rang and moving towards Ramnagar but when it reached Morha Dallain village the driver lost control over the vehicle which skidded off the road leaving seven passengers injured.
The injured were identified as Renu Devi, 18, daughter of Mohinder Kumar, resident of Rang; Manisha Devi, 18, daughter of Hans Raj, resident of Rang; Jai Shavanshi, 25, wife of Shamsher Singh, resident of Rang; Shero, 55, son of Roda, resident of Rang; Vaishno Devi, 60, wife of Munshi Ram; resident of Padraka; Kartik, one month old baby, son of Ajay Kumar, resident of Rang and Sheetal Rani, 19, daughter of Subash Chander, resident of Rang.
All the injured were shifted to SDH Ramnagar for treatment and the police has registered an FIR with number 126/2023 U/S 279/337 IPC at Police Station Ramnagar and started investigation.
