UDHAMPUR/KATHUA, May 23: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Jammu & Kashmir, continued its organizational strengthening drive under the ‘Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Prashikshan Mahabhiyan 2026’ by conducting district-level training workshops in Ramban and Kathua districts with senior party leadership addressing party cadre.
BJP Jammu & Kashmir, president and Rajya Sabha, MP Sat Sharma, accompanied by BJP vice president, Rajiv Charak and district president, Neelam Langeh, addressed the district-level training workshop of Ramban district at Patnitop.
Sat Sharma conducted an elaborate session on the history and development of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and highlighted the ideological journey of the organization from its foundation to becoming the world’s largest political party. Addressing the participants, he said that the BJP’s growth is rooted in its ideology, disciplined cadre, and unwavering commitment towards national interest and public welfare. He emphasized that the training programmes are essential to equip party workers with ideological clarity, organizational skills, and effective public outreach. He said that every activist must understand the party’s principles and work with dedication to strengthen the organization at the grassroots level.
Sat Sharma further stated that the Prashikshan Mahabhiyan is aimed at creating well-informed and committed workers who can effectively communicate the achievements and vision of the BJP among the masses. He asked party cadre to remain connected with the public and work selflessly for the welfare of society.
Meanwhile, J&K BJP general secretary (Organization), Ashok Koul addressed the district Level Training Camp organized by BJP district Kathua at Rivaaz Palace, Lakhanpur, on the topic “Vichar Parivar.”
The programme was attended by BJP J&K vice president and Kathua Prabhari, Priya Sethi, Seh-Prabhari, Sanjay Baru, BJP J&K general secretary, Gopal Mahajan, district president, Updesh Andotra, MLA Rajiv Jasrotia, MLA, Vijay Kumar Sharma, and MLA Dr. Bharat Bhushan.
Ashok Koul, while speaking on “Vichar Parivar,” said that BJP is not merely a political party but part of a larger ideological movement dedicated to nationalism, cultural values, and service to society. He stressed the importance of ideological training and coordination among party workers to further strengthen the party structure and ensure effective implementation of public welfare initiatives.
