JAMMU, Jan 11: A 14-year old boy from Latti Udhampur, who had run away from his house following a trivial issue with parents, was restored to the family with the help of General Railway Police, Jammu.
The boy, namely Vishal Singh of village Sira in Latti, was found roaming at Platform number 1 of Jammu Railway Station. GRP men spotted the boy and immediately brought him to Police Station GRP Jammu with a view to save him from falling in bad hands.
On the directions of Suram Singh, SP Railways Jammu, a polite and homely discussion was made with the boy and his whereabouts were obtained, following which he was handed over to his parents with proper documentation under rules.
