JAMMU, July 17: A delegation of J&K ReT Teachers’ Forum here today led by its president Vinod Sharma called on Director School Education Jammu (DSEJ), Anuradha Gupta.
The delegation demanded regularization of ReTs on seniority basis apart from converting the left out graduates to Teachers Grade-II including those acquitted by court and those possessing degrees of outside State universities.
Initiation of process of Teachers Grade-III in favour of undergraduate teachers and time bound promotions in favour of teachers Grade-II and RRETs of district Ramban and Reasi was also demanded.
Among other demands was time bound promotions of teachers of Kathua and release of salary in favour of teachers of newly upgraded high schools from March 2019 to till date.
The Director assured to speed up the process of regularisation and completion of Grade-II and Grade-III process by or before July 31.
She also assured to redress the other issues of cadre on priority basis.
