JAMMU, July 1: State president Jammu & Kashmir Milchar Front, (JKMF) Shamboo Nath Saproo has appealed Prime Minister, Narendra Modi to look into the burning demand of the poor watch & ward employees of BSNL of J&K State, who have been deprived of their monthly wages for last 12 months where as the officers of the company are drawing their hefty amount of pay dues regularly. The poor watch & wards are at the verge of starvation and they have no option except to come on streets & protest if no action is taken urgently, Saproo said in a statement issued here, today.
Saproo, has also appealed to the Tele-Communication Minister to personally intervene and redress the genuine grievances of these watch & ward employees’ of Mobile towers of the site and immediately release 12 months’ salary of these employees of BSNL towers & 9 months’ rent of the site of the towers & ensure that the monthly charges to the watch and ward employees on this count are released on monthly basis on the pattern of all private companies, without any further delay.
