JAMMU, Feb 20: Due to inclement weather and imposition of curfew in Jammu, the Red Cross Mela-cum-raffle draw earlier scheduled for February 23 and 24, 2019 has been postponed and shall now be held on 23 and 24 March, 2019.
Accordingly, the sale of raffle draw tickets has also been extended upto March 22, 2019 and draw for the prizes shall take place on March 24, 2019 at 4 pm at Gulshan Ground.
