Ram Khajuria nominated judge of 19th National Sport Climbing C’ship

JAMMU, Aug 2 :General Secretary of Mountaineering Association of J&K Ram Khajuria has been nominated as a Judge of the 19th National Sport Climbing Championship scheduled to be held at Bangalore from 28th to 31st October, 2013 as per communication received from the Indian Mountaineering Foundation, New Delhi, the apex body for adventure sports in the country.
Mr Khajuria, one of the senior most qualified national judges, is among the 5 judges selected by Indian Mounta-ineering Foundation from across the country for the conduct of the national championship. The other judges are  Ajit Kushe & Parkash Kelshekar, both International Judges (Maharashtra), Irani Saikia (Assam) Debabrata Mukherjee (West Bengal). Akash Ganesh (Karnataka) shall be trainee judge.
Mr Khajuria who is the secretary of Indian Mountaineering Foundation North Zone Committee has been President of Jury of North Zone Sport Climbing Competitions for a number of years. He is a former member of Indian Mountaineering Foundation and is presently a member of J&K State Sports Council also.
