NOWSHERA, Nov 25: PCC general secretary and spokesperson Ravinder Sharma (MLC) has urged the State Government to provide adequate quantity of seed to the farmers of Nowshera constituency.
The Congress legislator who was on two-day tour of Sunderbani and Nowshera met with the cross sections of society including Sarpanchs and Panchs. He took stock of various developmental activities in the area. The people projected the issues of shortage of seed, drinking water, power curtailment, poor education facilities etc.
Mr Sharma alleged that there was general complain of the farmers that they are not getting required quantity of seed from Agriculture Department. He urged upon the Government to supply adequate quantity of seed to the farmers.
