KATHUA, July 3: Kathua Police along with Traffic Police today jointly cracked down on two wheeler riders during a special drive launched under the directions of Shridhar Patil, SSP Kathua.
Different teams of Kathua Police headed by Nikhil Rashtra, Dy.SP Headquarters, Kathua, Inspector, Rakesh Mani DTI Kathua along with other territorial officers, established joint checkpoints at different locations and booked 166 violators for triple riding, riding without helmet, etc. They seized 19 two wheelers at different locations in Kathua town.
Kathua Police also advised people to follow traffic rules and use crash helmet for safety.
