LONDON: Bollywood actor Priyanka Chopra has been voted sexiest Asian woman in the world in an annual UK poll released here. Indian TV actress Nia Sharma and Bollywood beauty Deepika Padukone are runners-up, the poll released on Tuesday was done by London-based weekly newspaper Eastern Eye. American series Quantico’s star Priyanka Chopra won back the title of the world’s “Sexiest Asian Woman”, which she lost to ‘Piku’ star Deepika Padukone last year. Deepika is ranked third this year.
Delighted Priyanka said,”I cannot actually take credit for this at all. Full credit should be given to my genetics and your optics,” Chopra said, thanking everyone who voted in the online poll for her. “I feel grateful and am humbled. Consistency is key.” Priyanka made incredible strides internationally with the release of her debut Hollywood feature Baywatch, won another People’s Choice Award and signed further high-profile films in the West.
