The author has described the pains of old/senior citizens in setting their pension cases and pension revisions.
The people sitting at the helm of affairs are heartless and inhumane to the woes of these people. Even the State Government headed by a political Governor is not sensitive to such important issues where senior citizens are involved. Laws are made to improve the quality of citizens but infact they are implemented to harassing people. Thanks Excelsior for highlighting such important issues.
