JAMMU, Aug 27: JKPCC has strongly condemned Pakistan for continued shelling from across the Line of Control (LoC) right from Sunderbani to different areas of Rajouri-Poonch causing loss of precious lives and injuries to our jawans.
In a statement, JKPCC chief spokesperson, Ravinder Sharma has expressed grave concern over the repeated incidents of cross border shelling from Pakistan which has intensified in the past couple of weeks. Three jawans including a young officer have become martyrs during this week besides injuries to few others, which is very serious. He sought an effective and befitting response to Pakistan’s mischief and foiling all attempts of infiltration from across the border.
Party conveyed heartfelt condolences to the families of those martyrs and prayed for peace to the departed souls. He prayed for early recovery of the injured.
