JAMMU, Mar 23: J&K National Trade Union Front (JKNTUF) has stated that they will support the NC-Congress coalition candidates of ruling parties for Parliamentary elections, and raised pending demands of its Front, here today.
This was disclosed, in a press conference, by Jammu Veteran Trade Union leader Mohammad Gafoor Dar, State president, along with others leaders of the front. They said that their front is progressive and will support the progressive and mass based fighting organization and defeat the communal forces of the State and the country who have always divided the innocent and poor people in the name of religion, region caste and colour for their vested interests.
He hoped the ruling Coalition Government will settle all the pending issues which stands always agreed by Government including regularization policy of casual labours, need base workers, enhancement of retirement age from 58 to 60 years, removal of pay anomalies of different cadres immediately after model code of conduct is over.
Other prominent leaders who were present included Arun Moza, Gulam Nabi Sheikh, Bahart Bhushan Bhatti etc.
