JAMMU, Dec 30: A meeting of Jagti United Front was held today under the leadership of Ashok Bali its organizer in which a new body under the name and style of New Jagti United Front (NJUF) was constituted.
As per a release, the organizations which joined the Front included Jagti Coordination Committee (JCC) led by Ravi Zuthsi, Relief holders led by Veer Ji Raina, Bushan Lal Raina ex chairman Jagti Coordination Committee and Vijay Kaul its ex vice president.
They all extended full support to the Front and decided to work for the common cause of migrants living in Jagti township and other camps as well as non camp localities.
They said that the problems like power and water scarcity faced by Jagti inmates, lack of medicare facilities, enhancement of relief, transport facilities and repairs to quarters are to be fought unitedly.
