JAMMU, Mar 2: Nitish Mahajan, State Executive Committee member of Bharatiya Janata Party, J&K, has been appointed as co- incharge of Social Media Department of BJP J&K unit.
His appointment was made by J&K BJP president Ravinder Raina in consultation with party general secretary (Org) Ashok Koul.
In a statement issued here today, Nitish Mahajan said Social media is a boon of modern times. He said the social media is a major platform to get the party’s ideology across to the masses. He said social media is a powerful medium to reach maximum number of people in the present times and we would use the means as a powerful weapon to respond to the anti-national forces. He said in today’s era, social media is the only weapon by which people with anti-national mentality can be defeated.
