NISA Global recruiting J&K youth as Security Executives

JAMMU, Oct 17:  With 100 percent assured job placement as Security Executive and a minimum guaranteed salary of Rs 20 thousand per month, NISA Global- a program implementing agency (PIA) of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Government of India, is conducting recruitment drive under project Udaan in Jammu and Kashmir.
“From J&K, NISA Global will select 900 graduate boys with minimum 5 ft 7 inches height, who will be taken to our Delhi Udaan Training Academy in batches for 4-month class room training and then 2-month On the job training at various business houses anywhere in India,” informed Dipanjan, National Training Head of NISA, while addressing a press conference, here today.
While elaborating, he said that after successful completion of  training, the boys will be issued  a certificate as `Security Executive  as per global standards’ by one of the most acclaimed assessor and certification agency of the world  IQ (Industrial Qualification)  from United Kingdom. “The entire process will be absolutely free of cost for the boys and not even a single rupee will be charged from the selected candidates for their traveling boarding, lodging and training,” Dipanjan said and added that each candidate will also be given Rs 2500/ per month as stipend during training period.
Seeking to differentiate between previous recruitment drives by NSDC under Udaan and the ongoing recruitment by NISA- a 43 year old security company with more than 50,000 trained and dedicated security professionals across India, Mr Dipanjan said that the company is assuring 100 percent job placement with minimum Rs 20 thousand salary per month.
“Earlier, there was a general complaint that the youth recruited under Udaan were not properly placed   and hence a number of candidates left the training midway. However, the Government has now changed the policy and the companies are bound to provide placement and there is GPS monitoring of the system,” said Surinder Kaul, Centre Head Delhi, NISA.
So far, NISA has recruited 35 boys from Jammu and a recruitment drive is going to be held in Kathua tomorrow.  The first batch for training will be comprising of 140 candidates.
Jammu based Jamwal’s Synergised System and Security Solutions is the authorized representative of NISA in the State to facilitate the recruitment process for the willing candidates. Jyoti Jamwal and Dinesh Jamwal, CEO and Director, respectively of the representative group, were also present in the press conference.
