JAMMU, May 27: NHPC Limited, India’s premier hydropower company is observing Swachhata Pakhwada across all it regional offices, power stations and projects from 16th to 31st May 2020. During this Pakhwada, NHPC is also organizing various activities like cleanliness awareness programmes, cleanliness drives and hygiene kits distribution in and around its Corporate Office complex and Residential Complex at Faridabad.
The activities are being organized under the able guidance and leadership of A.K. Singh, Chairman and Managing Director, NHPC.
Under this programme, NHPC distributed personal hygiene kits to local residents of Santosh Nagar, NHPC Contract labour and NHPC security employees.
The activities are being undertaken following all norms of social distancing in view of ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
