JAMMU, June 7: A meeting of J&K Non-Gazetted Horticulture Employees Union (NGHEU) was held under the chairmanship of State president Abdul Gani Bhatt wherein new body was elected.
Farooq Ahmad Rather and Mohd Iqbal Tak were elected as vice presidents, Buri Singh as district secretary, Javed Ahmad Magray as orgainser, Mushtaq Ahmad Ronial as cashier while Mushtaq Ahmad Wachkoo and Iqbal Naik as other members of the body.
The meeting discussed various demands of the employees i.e. amendment of SRO 235, restoration of old policy for BHT course etc.
Others present in the meeting were Devinder Kumar, Sanjay Khajuria and Jarnail Singh.
