JAMMU, Oct 1: The Executive of Non-Gazetted Agriculture Graduates Association (NGAGA) under the chairmanship of its president Rajesh Langer called on Minister for Agriculture, Ghulam Nabi Lone Hanjura in presence of HK Razdan, Director Agriculture Jammu and presented him a vision document prepared by it for welfare of the department.
Apart from many other demands, the Association projected the demand of the reorganization of the department, besides providing better working conditions and infrastructural facilities for grass root level workers.
The Minister gave a patient hearing and assured the Association for early redressal of their issues.
Those who accompanied Mr Langer included Kewal Sharma, vice president; Parmodh Kumar, chief organizer; Rahul Sawhney, joint secretary; Vikram Katryal, press and publicity secretary; Sourav Khajuria, cashier; Nirmal Prakash Sharma, general secretary, Ashwani Sharma, Anurag Verma, Rajan Sharma and Sanjay Moza (Convener).
