Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, July 29: The Government today posted Ved Parkash as I/C Superintending Engineer, Hydraulic Circle Poonch. The officer was awaiting his posting in the Jal Shakti Department for the last several weeks. He was posted today in Hyd Circle Poonch, against an available vacancy.
