Underage riding scooty fined Rs 25,000

Excelsior CorrespondentJAMMU, Sept 19: Jammu Traffic Court slapped a fine of Rs 25,000 to an underage scooty rider, official spokesperson here said.He further said that with penalties for violation of traffic rules becoming more stringent, an underage driver of a scooty was fine Rs 25,000.''Irresponsible driving is a threat to not only your own life, but to those around you as well,'' he added.
