Three injured in road accidents

Excelsior CorrespondentSRINAGAR, May 7: Police today said three persons were injured in two separate road accidents in Valley.A police spokesman said a motorcycle bearing registration number JK02AG-5422 driven by Sajad Ahmad Khan and a mini truck bearing temporary registration number JMU-BK-3410 driven by Nazir Ahmad Mir collided with each other at Ganderbal, resulting in injuries to the motorcyclist and pillion Owais Ahmad Khan. �Both the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment. Police have registered a case in this regard,� he said.The spokesman said a Sumo bearing registration number JK09-9677 driven by Abdul Ahad Dar hit a motorcycle driven by Abdul Hamid Bhat near Fruit Mandi Sopore in Baramulla district, resulting in injury to the motorcyclist.�The injured was shifted to Sub District Hospital Sopore for treatment. Police have registered a case in this regard,� he added.
