Sikhs bodies' plea to Div Com

Excelsior CorrespondentJAMMU, Oct 22: Various Sikh bodies of� the region have urged upon the Divisional Commissioner Jammu to implement the High Court� orders regarding DPGC elections.A deputation of the representatives from various Sikh bodies called on the Divisional Commissioner Jammu Shantmanu here today and urged upon him� to take control of� the DGPC� Jammu till the elections� for the District Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee are held.� They demanded that High Court orders be implement in letter and spirit. It was stressed upon by the members to set up a committee which shall look into the affairs of the committee. The Divisional� Commissioner assured them to implement the court orders.Prominent among those� who accompanied include Suchet Singh,� Lachman Singh, Makhan Singh, Mohinder Singh, Bachan Singh, Ramneek Singh, Paramjeet, Dharminder Singh and Manmohan Singh.
