SEOA constitutes body for Kathua district

Excelsior Correspondent KATHUA, Dec 30: A convention of School Education Officers' Association (SEOA) was held here today under the chairmanship of its president, Paramjit Singh, to constitute body for district Kathua. Mohinder Raina was elected as president of the body, Jagdish Chander and Pradeep Bali as vice-presidents, Nagesh Singh Jamwal as secretary, Kulbhushan Sharma as cashier, Karneil Singh as publicity secretary and Mohd Hussain as joint secretary.
