RRSA plea to JMC

Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Feb 17: Residency Road Shopkeepers Association (RRSA) urged the Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) authorities for re-alignment/shifting of choked drains from Radha Swami Satsang to KC Plaza foot path lane at the earliest. A meeting of the association was held under the chairmanship of its general secretary. During the meeting, the shopkeepers said that as summer season is approaching, the choked drain will become breeding ground for mosquito and also prove a health hazard for the commuters. The members of the association alleged that they approached JMC authorities various times, but nothing has been done till date. They urged the Municipal Authorities to redress their problem at the earliest otherwise the association will launch agitation.
