One arrested, 16 bottles of liquor seized

Excelsior CorrespondentSAMBA, July 23: In continuation to the drive against drug menace and illegal liquor ,Vijaypur Police today arrested one drug peddler and recovered 16 bottles of Rum from his possession.Police said during its drive against the drug menace the Vijaypur Police during a special drive today arrested one Devi Dass S/o� Jeet Ram� of Pathankot� and recovered 16 bottles of Rum from his possession.A case FIR number 102/2017 U/s 48 (a) Excise Act was registered at PS Vijaypur against him. The operation was carried by the team of officials of PS Vijaypur led by SHO Inspector� Suraj Pathania under the supervision� of� SDPO Vijaypur�� Abhisheik� Sharma� on the directives of�� SSP SAMBA� Anil Magotra.
