Excelsior CorrespondentSRINAGAR, May 30: Alleging that New Delhi was not clear on what to do in Kashmir, former Union Minister and Congress leader, Prof Saifuddin Soz today said that there was no use of opening a process for dialogue, which is not based on matrix of a definite purpose. While the Home Minister has made a statement that augurs well for the course of a dialogue process with Kashmir leadership, it does not, however, prove at the same time, that the PMO is very much clear on the need to open a dialogue in Kashmir that ultimately leads the parties to the settlement of the issue, he said in a statement, issued here today.Claiming that he knew Delhi well, the former Union Minister alleged that the political elite in Centre was not yet clear on what to do in Kashmir! I wish the mainstream parties in Kashmir also realize, in full measure, the genuineness of the stand taken by the joint resistance leadership of the Hurriyat Conference on the issue of a purposeful dialogue process between New Delhi and Kashmir, he added and stressed that it should be realized by one and all that there was no use of opening dialogue process, which is not based on the matrix of a definite purpose.Pointing towards alleged lack of seriousness at the Government level, Prof Soz informed that the Interlocutor Dineshwar Sharma has not been able to meet Ajit Doval, Advisor to the Prime Minister, much less the Prime Minister, since when he was appointed as the Interlocutor.
