Man arrested for opening fire in air

Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, June 28: A man has been arrested for opening fire in the air during a function in Singhani area, police sources said. The arrested person was identified as Ravi Kumar, son of Sansar Chand, a resident of Singhani, Tehsil Maira Mandrian District Jammu. The weapon (12 bore rifle) was also seized. A case under FIR Number 169/2021 under relevant Sections has been registered at Police Station Akhnoor and investigation started.
