HC�s directive on JKEEGA election

Excelsior CorrespondentJAMMU, Nov 13: High Court today restrained Jammu and Kashmir Electrical Engineering Graduate Association from declaring the result of its election scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015.The direction was passed in a petition filed by Laksham Singh Jamwal challenging the election of J&K Electrical Engineering Graduate Association (JKEEGA). After hearing Advocate N P Kotwal, Justice Tashi Rabstan issued notice to the State and others and ordered that in the meanwhile result of election of J&K Electrical Engineering Graduates' Association for the term 2015-17 scheduled to be held on November 14, 2015 shall not be declared until further orders from this Court.
