Govt modifies criteria for pvt schools

Excelsior CorrespondentJammu, Sept 16: In order to facilitate the functioning of private educational institutions, the Government has� ordered partial modification in�� the criteria for extension in affiliation/recognition of private schools.Henceforth the criteria shall be two years in respect of schools affiliated with the JKBOSE for a period of less than five years, three years in respect of schools affiliated with the JKBOSE for more than five years but less than ten years and five years in respect of schools affiliated with the JKBOSE for more than ten years.
