Goenkans excel in Judo

Excelsior Sports Correspondent JAMMU, Apr 3: G D Goenka Public School Jammu governed by Om Prakash Bansal Charitable Trust excelled in 17 Judo State Championship held at M.A Stadium, here. Twenty students participated in this prestigious Championship and won 15 medals for their institution. Five students attained medals, 4 bagged silver and 6 got bronze medals. The medal winners included Isha Dhar, Zahir Abbas, Prachi Bhagat, Anshika Manhas, Vanshika Manhas (all ), Sanchit Razdan, Ketan Arya, Shivam Sharma, Arin Sharma (all silver) and Pranshi Kapoor, Pranya Kapoor, Akansha Sharma, Ayush Pandita, Areen Kotwal and Anisha Sapolia (all bronze). The Principal of the School, Dr R P Singh lauded the efforts of the students and their coach, Bhanu Partap Singh for this achievement.
