DYSS conducts girls’ cricket trials

Excelsior Sports Correspondent JAMMU, May 8: Department of Youth Services and Sports conducted Cricket trials to raise under-17 team of Zone Jammu for the upcoming inter-Zonal district level competition of Jammu. The selection process took place at Government Girls Higher Secondary School Bakshi Nagar under the supervision of ZPEO, Ravi Kumari and the technical penal set up for the purpose, a handout issued here today informed. In total, 42 female cricketers from 12 educational institutions of the Zone took part in the selection trials.
