DB grants 4 weeks time for completion of investigation

Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Apr 6: In a Public Interest Litigation filed by Ashiq Hussain and others regarding issuance of job card to Govt employees, students that too minor and dead persons under MNREGA Scheme in connivance with revenue officials, Division Bench of State High Court comprising  Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur today granted four weeks time to the Vigilance Organization for completion of investigation. After hearing Advocate SK Puri appearing for the PIL, DB directed Vigilance Organization to file report after four weeks.
